Recorded words of Holocaust survivors discovered

This got me deeply. Reminded me all those stories my father used to tell me about WW2 and family members who were part of the Italian partisans and prisoners of the Nazis.

Can you imagine trying out the newly built recorder and hearing those voices for the first time? They have an ethereal quality to them, they really are moving as you say.

Good on him for taking the time to build the machine and bring the voices back to life.

The woman singing in the first video gave me chills, you can feel the determination in her voice clear as day.

Thank you for sharing this. Voices from beyond who still have something to say. Like the poster above me, I wish I had caught the first video before it was removed.
