Land Based Strategic Deterrent (Minuteman IV)

I came across this page and thought it was quite interesting. It seems the US is currently in the process of modernizing it's ICBM's to include features such as manuevering RV's, and prompt global strike (using conventional weapons).

This would definately be the best weapon system in the world, possibly in place as early as this year.
