But in reality, if there was real evidence I just can't imagine there would not be any indictments by now.

So the head of the FBI outlining in detail how various elements of various laws were broken... doesn't constitute evidence?

Huh.

“Did Hillary Clinton give non-cleared people access to classified information?” Chaffetz asked.

“Yes,” Comey said, repeating, “Yes.”

That's a violation of 18 U.S. Code § 793 (e) right there. 10 years in prison.

None of these e-mails should have been on any kind of unclassified system, but their presence is especially concerning because all of these e-mails were housed on unclassified personal servers not even supported by full-time security staff, like those found at Departments and Agencies of the U.S. Government—or even with a commercial service like Gmail.

Hmm, sounds like 18 U.S. Code § 1924 might be coming into play depending on your interpretation of "authority", though that's only 1 year in prison so much less glamorous.

I read somewhere that there are something like 12 different bits of law that could all justify the matter being brought before a jury. I'm too lazy to look them all up or find the original article, so you might need to do your own research to confirm this.

No, but you can receive pressure from the White House or a former President that would make you second guess your career decisions. Like, in a private jet at the end of a runway for instance. Where...Where have I heard that before?

Ohhh right. I remember now

No I think 95% of people know she's guilty , truth is truth no matter what side you think it comes from. You and about 3 of your friends here and the msm don't want to believe it.

It is even worse then that. They do believe it its just that they don't to admit it and for anyone else to believe it. They are in full damage control/denial/.

But let's face it. If this was any regular joe sitting there like :

. I had no idea what classified means
. I had no idea what a classified document looks like (while having worked for the government for over 50 years and being the spouse of a former POTUS
. I did not know that when they subpoena'ed my hard drives as evidence that i could not delete stuff from it
. You mean i cleaned my server with a cloth?
or . oh oops i lied about everything? under oath? that was not my intention.

(i could go on but i don't see the point really)

^Regular joe would have been be doing 30 years minimum.

We need a neutral country like Sweden to conduct the investigation as the FBI has been compromised and there is really nothing to be said about the lack of honesty/integrity of Congress.

Where did I ever say Hillary could not be investigated? Strange interpretation to what I said.

So you are saying she SHOULD be investigated?

Where did the COULD come from on your response?

Actually, I haven't addressed it either way.

I did say the real truth is unknown because of all the crap being thrown around.

It's pretty intense watching every single person that speaks with Trump walking away saying things like this. It is clear that he cares and is doing what he said he was going to do. I was big time anti-Trump at the start. I thought he was just a shill for Hillary, but it is very front and center now that he is trying to do the right thing.

Everyone that meets with Trump has nothing but impressive things to say. Check out what judge Nap had to say, it sounds very similar.
youtu.be...

Or what about Steve Harvey, who spent a 10 minute monologue bashing Trump on national TV?

As we speak... err... type, he's on Marine One and heading to meet the body of a fallen soldier being brought back to the US. The man takes his responsibilities seriously.

Several people who knew Trump were saying this very early on - there's Trump the TV star, and Trump the person. One is a character full of bluster and gumption that is used to sell "the brand", the other is a thoughtful, intelligent man who genuinely cares about trying to do the right thing.

If she is found guilty

Guilty of what exactly?

Apart from opposing Trump, that is. And that is not a crime. Yet.

So let us see what else that website has....

Putin To Be Made Royal Tsar As Russia Prepares For Holy War

WikiLeaks: Clinton, Obama, Soros Overthrew Pope Benedict In Vatican Coup

Report: John McCain, Paul Ryan Funded By George Soros

US Reconsiders Nuclear Attack On China, Russia

I Witnessed Obama Funding ISIS In Syria, Says Top Priest

So this is your 'source'....

Lol man can you imagine if we posted something anti trump with that as a source? 'Fake news you lost get over it' etc. What a joke. He's not going to pursue charges against her no matter how upset he is that he lost the popular vote by several million.

Have you guys forgotten the time he said he only likes vets who didn't get caught? I'm amazed he has the support of ANY of the US military after that disgusting remark. Absolutely disgraceful.

Thankfully there are a whole lot of sane people who can easily see through all that crap being thrown around, so that justice and the truth prevail.

He actually said that he "people who weren't captured". More specifically, he said of John McCain, "He’s not a war hero... he was a war hero because he was captured. I like people who weren’t captured".

It was am off-the-cuff dig at McCain, not veterans in general. I notice that you didn't mention his public apology a few days later to people (other than McCain) that he had offended by the comment.

2017 Hillary for Jail!! I can get behind that slogan.

Heck, they should also investigate all the money laundering, I mean funding the Clinton Foundation has gotten in exchange for favors to foreign governments.

George Soros should also be included in the investigation and the incitement of violence by funding groups like BLM and jail that idiot once and for all.

Heck, as it is, the government should confiscate all of Soros' money once he is found guilty, as well the Gates and other "progressives" who want to redistribute other people's money, which for them means tax to death tax payers and redistribute that money, and instead "redistribute the money of the progressive rich elites."

Excellent news. With the way Democrats are behaving, Trump must not give a single inch of ground.
If Hillary is has broken the law, then she must be punished.

You have to be found guilty of doing something. Just because you did something, doesn't necessarily mean you're going to jail...

Truth to tell, I really don't care whether she who shall not be named goes to jail or not. She is now a political non-entity. She'll never again hold office--except maybe in San Francisco...they're strange enough to elect her to some office locally--as she is damaged goods. She's run for President twice, and lost both times. There won't be a third strike. Or it is to be hoped.
