All done with labels here. Non partisan is the way to be. Labels do nothing but pigeon hole people and make them avoid reason.

There is no left or right.

There is only top, middle, and bottom.

Policy that strengthens the middle class and loosens the grip of the corporations that run our country is good.

Policy that keeps the poor from desperation is good.

Policy that enables the wealthy to make money, if it is not to the excessive detriment of the middle and lower classes is good.

Policy that strengthens the protections for all that the constitution provides and weakens the influence of money is good.

I'm going to reply without reading posts.
I was what would be considerd liberal.
I have a major and a two minors in liberal arts.

When I got in the real world and had to get a real job, I saw through the selfishness of those who I was paying for my "education".

They tried to teach me that the world is something that it is not.

Most people like people and don't divide themselves based on ideals.

I view what I believe in less in terms of a political affiliation and more in terms of an individualist mindset.

Because that's truly what each and every one of us are. I'm different from you, and you from me. We may get along, we may disagree....but we should all be able to decide on our own.

I'm against any form of a hive mind, globalism or collective due to my individualist outlook. I'm basically a live-and-let live sort of man--if left the hell alone, that is. There is a certain irony in that my individualist mindset has aligned me currently much more with the political right than with the left. Once, a half century ago, my mindset and philosophy probably would have put me on the liberal(although not LEFTIST) side of the aisle. Unfortunately, leftism co-opted liberalism over fifty years ago.

It's deeply odd that today the counter culture is actually the RIGHT...while the leftist conformist own the 'mainstream', at least culturally speaking.

I also fully and firmly believe we are all equal in one way and one way only:

Our overwhelmingly human capacity to show hypocrisy. If the last 50 plus years have shown us anything at all, it's that we are all, maybe paradoxically, exactly the same in that capacity while being absolutely different from one another in every other way.

Maybe confusing, maybe a ramble, but this is as close as I can express it, lol

Very blessed to have the option to ignore all the ideological BS and chill in any part of the world I chose.

I do enjoy watching the cultist twist in the wind when the object of their devotion gets caught with his pants down.

I'm far to the right. I think we need more laws creating cartels and monopolies so the wealth inequality in this country continues to expand. The laws are really good right now. We the people with all the money keep getting more and more every year. While every year the middle class are getting pushed deeper and deeper into poverty wages as they shop at our collective company store. Things are really good right now. Why change anything! We rich keep getting richer and you losers keep get fleeced. Things have never been so good in this country! God Bless America!!
