Well it is not exactly clear. If memory serves me, the Supreme Court overturned a conviction for something similar in a land mark case with the main thrust of their ruling relating to context and intent. If there is an investigation I suspect nothing will come of it, but we can hope. Sending that scum bag to jail would be funny.
