The FBI has arrested the wife of Pulse nightclub shooter Omar Mateen, NBC News confirmed Monday.

Noor Salman was taken into custody in San Francisco. Salman is charged with aiding and abetting by providing material support to a terrorist organization and obstruction of justice, Orlando police said. She's due in court Tuesday.

Salman moved to the San Francisco area after her husband, Omar Mateen, was shot and killed after he opened fire at Pulse in the early morning hours of June 12, 2016.

In the days after the shooting, WESH 2 News learned that Salman, a United States citizen of Palestinian descent, told the FBI she tried talking her husband out of committing the attack at Pulse nightclub.

Orlando Police Chief John Mina said he was glad to learn that Salman had been taken into custody.

"Federal authorities have been working tirelessly on this case for more than seven months, and we are grateful that that they have seen to it that some measure of justice will be served in this act of terror that has affected our community so deeply," Mina said.

Gunman Omar Mateen's wife, Noor Salman, was charged with obstruction of justice and with aiding and abetting Mateen's attempted provision and provision of material support to ISIL, the U.S. Attorney’s office said, referring to the terror group also known as ISIS. She is expected to appear in court on Tuesday for a first appearance, her lawyer told ABC News. Salman is expected to be extradited to Tampa, Florida, where she was indicted.

so she was "missing" for 7 months, then the FBI finally gets her...

That whole story of the club shooting (and aftermath) stinks the high heaven.

Did you know the coroner who "saw" Mateen's body was replaced two days after the event after being "approved by law enforcement sources" - also he was the ONLY one who saw Mateen's body, which was in a separate building (to not offend the deceased).

Not to mention Mateen works for G4S Security, which in itself raises some flags

So, the FBI is saying that this WAS an ISIL affiliated attack, yet Obama just tried to tell us that there have been no terrorist attacks on our soil during his tenure.

Sounds like maybe Obama was lying(A) or the FBI really can't be trusted to disperse proper intelligence.(B)

I'm going to go with (C); all of the above.
