I hate how the latest way to get rich online... Is pretend your rich, regurgitate some half-assed college course material on starting a business, and charge naive people a "fair price" for your secrets of how you " Were homeless last year, living in a yacht this year "

Really, I wish these type of people just didn't exist, it's such a dishonest way to become financially well-off.

Do people actually get rich doing that though? Or do they just spend money on online advertising, hoping to find a few suckers?

It seems like enough people get rich, at least it seems like.

Every day facebook suggests a new person to me that has a killer idea that will just blow the market away and make me millions.

Of course, they do their homework and try to make themselves sound experienced, but it looks like a scam to me, and way too many people are doing it.

It's a scam. And they should be arrested for doing that.

Why would anyone believe that is possible?

If it really was that easy, then why are we encouraging our kids to get into debt by entering into the college system?

LOL, some of these it "was" possible when you have the market cornered and others don't know about it. Once the knowledge is public, everyone else fights for the scraps.

I agree that it's dishonest. But it's also a part of a "free market". An unregulated business environment will never be an honest business environment because scams are extremely profitable. That's the whole point in 'buyer beware".

Its annoying, but the way I see it, that man worked to establish his image, it made him rich, and now countless other dumbasses think they can do it too. Think about it...all those idiots chasing pipe-dreams when they could be applying for jobs or starting their own businesses...that means less competition for your and me.

Let God have His way with him. Wealth can be a mode of discipline as well as blessing. I all depends on the individual's heart.

You don't know if they are getting rich. Second, this sounds strange. I don't get those kinds o advertisements. Why do you? Those ads don't appear by accident. Facebook targets advertising to those who have an interest in a subject. You must be clicking on them if you keep getting them. Don't click on them, and after awhile they will go away.

You haven't been around many sites that have the Facebook plugin for comments.

I think they're talking about these people. Or maybe not, but I see them as the same thing.

I see those adds all the time
"This single mum from (insert suburb your in) made $6864 working from home"
"Find out the secret of how this man made $8544 using nothing but his laptop"
With pictures of a woman looking happy with 2 kids or a guy standing in front of a Ferrari with 2 hotties on his arms.

I always wondered about the people stupid enough to click on these. There must be a few though because the ads dont go away

If they were really making all that money doing what they say...why are they selling courses to explain how to do it??? Wouldn't their time be better spent earning the millions they speak of?

Remember, those who can't do...teach.
