Hello ive been having experiences with my third eye opeing im going to try the technique but also i would like for some 1 to come to me in my dreams tonight only good spirited people will be allowed to penetrate my protective light bubble i will create before i go to sleep and while in my dream lets go to orions belt or somewhere but anyways im looking for and experienced dream friend some 1 to travel the dreamscape (Astral Plane) with but also some to connect with and be a spiritual guide for me if your interested then let me know ASAP... no but honestly how do you do this, i have heard it takes a lot of meditation and such like methods...
i do try and stay conscious into sleep but never manage, however a cpl of weeks ago i was trying to do it
(consciously enter the unconscious) and i felt a huge bang inside my head and i woke straight up.
i mean i felt like something thudded my brain, but no pain or fear..... just made open my eyes and wonder,

So. Imagine laying there and focusing on relaxing. You're thinking of your feet. Relaxing your feet. Until you feel

that numbness. And then you move up. Your calves. Your thighs. Your abdomen. Weightlessness. Numbness. Calmness.

Your chest. Your shoulders. Out to each arm. Your forearms. Your hands. Mentally travel along your whole body.

Relax. And once you've done the whole thing you imagine your
self rising out of your relaxed body, turning around and looking down at it. I was told at first you may want to

just repeat this excersise until you get comfortable holding that hovering state. Watching yourself lay there.


And when you feel you comfortable. Imagine where you want to go or who you want to find. Imagine your favorite

place. The memories of that place significant to you. The details of that place or person that are unique only to

you. For example. the first palce i traveled to was an old apartment complex where i met the very first girl i fell

in love with i could remember the distinct smell that was in the air and me telling her i loved her even tho she

didnt believe me lol and it all seems like it happened yesterday.

And when you're ready to return to your body. You simply focus on yourself. Imagine it all backward. Waking your

feet up. Moving your toes and how that feels. Stretching your calves. Flexing your thighs. Your abs. Pulling air

into your chest. Stretching your arms. Etc.
And you'll be home

also time has no relevance in the astral plane you could be on the other side of the planet awake and i could be sleep and we would still meet most people dont remember their dreams at all even tho they dream every night remember time doesnt exist its man made

thanks for the reply, i have done half of that already, the whole tensing and relaxing muscles all the way up the body is something i read in a book called tai chi chuan and meditation, to help me relax before sleep (i was working night shifts at the time) and it helped me go to sleep no problems, i will try what you said, and see if anything happens, thanks again

Truth is truth, there are always witness to it seen and unseen... if you manifest truth in body speech and mind then truth is there in body speech and mind. Not deluded by what is seen? Then it is simply seen... deluded by what is seen? Then truth is not present, just relative to the ego self seeing it. Of course truth is present in those seen and unseen witnessing it.

Thank you, I'm actually really happy with this creation despite that it could be so much better. But time is limited and I'm really fickle sometimes about making threads and just can't seem to stick to any specific topic for long.

I'm just glad I actually made this one and posted it.

95% of what I'm wanting to post never makes it to the forum for all sorts of reasons.
I really wish at least half of it did.
