I agree, it's not my concern. I'm just trying to think about how to encourage people to eat healthier. I don't like the obesity problem we have, but I still (mostly) believe in freedom.

Education can only take a person so far, actually using an education requires work and discipline. Just spouting facts at people has a pretty low success rate.
