Run scam after scam in association with the cartels, then claim that the appearance of co-operation between the cartels and the US intelligence infrastructure is simply the result of corruption on the part of a couple of hundred agents and contractors.

This just shows how corrupt Obama's Administration was and is. Every one in the Democratic party are corrupt from Obama and Hillary, the DOJ, The FBI, down to the Homeland security. As they saw Obama take unnecessary advantage of the tax payers in all his way to many vacations, his constant golfing trips, His staff and everyone down did the same.
