I have read that he did have health issues in the past. He almost died from pneumonia and had to have a tracheotomy to breath.

We will find out in due time.

Unexplained just means they have to wait for the cause of death, but they obviously found nothing suspicious.
Could have been a stroke or massive heart attack.......not that his lifestyle wouldn't have probably contributed.
