didn't have a menstrual cycle but saying that littering caused an adult to choke a child is kinda like blaming the kid. If the guy doesn't react that way to a 7 year kid littering then the cops wouldn't have been called so I think the ADULT"S reaction caused the situation.

There is a body cam that has more info, we will see. For all we know there could be history here too. But going off the video we have, the police officer did a disservice that day.

No, the correction is PUR, as in the company that you need to purchase a water filter from so you stop drinking that lead infested water that is destroying your brain cells.

Fact that the officer instigated.
Circumstantial UNTIL the home owner admitted to choking the boy..
Fact that the officer's line of questioning was baiting as shown
and apologized for by his superiors.

as a matter of fact frequently pick up the filters that brain dead tobacco smokers leave on the ground when the elements bring them to my driveway and front yard. I also clean up a nearby pond once a month, and the number one thing I collect are those damn filters.

Its too bad the tobacco smokers who throw them out on the ground are literally just too brain dead and retarded to actually have the capacity to know any better, much like yourself it seems.
