Image File Size Limit?

When uploading images it seems the bigger ones won't upload. The status bar shows it uploading but it never appears in the uploaded images section with my other uploaded images. The search function on ATS does not seem to work so I goggled "image size limit abovetopsecret.com". The only info I could find was years old and about pixel size and not file size. What is the file size limit for images on ATS? Can I link to a image I host on my own website or is that against the T&C's?

Thanks, any info would be appreciated

About 2MB I think it is.
