Ok not a huge deal, would like points of view.

My next door neighbour, has never (i mean never) tried to fight with me, till tonight (11:45-12am) UK time, and he's blaming me for buzzing his door at 1-2am (never have) and he's my neighbour..(no need for me to buzz) we live next door to each other.

Back drop.. He's a new neighbour (ok over a year) and he's had no problem with me till now, I've had his car part's(turbos, manifolds, etc come to mine when he's not in and I've made sure he got them ASAP.. Now he wants to fight with me (I'm not and didn't back down tonight) but he's been trying to balim my friend (Also a neighbour, in a 3 floor complex) for everything (in a flat) with a drug dealer) not exactly the best place in the world, I've done nothing to him..

Good ATS family, should i kick the CAR*P out of him or should i leave it be?

Honestly the first thing that entered my mind when I read your account was, Acid Trip.

The second, certifiably crazy.

I don't know what else to say other than, post a note on your door telling all solicitors (of any kind) to piss off and leave you alone.

Just ignore him it's not worth your time to deal with the blowback of a physical altercation... But make sure to give him the flaming bag of poop within a month or so just to seal the deal..

I would do everything in my power to avoid the dispute getting physical. If you need to defend yourself, you'll know.

OP, I would just wait until your neighbor runs out of whatever he's smoking, snorting, injecting, eating or suitcase-ing, and then he'll probably just sleep off the crazy.

Thanks ATS family for giving me a bit of light, I should kick the day light out of him (seriously), but I'm not going so close to Xmas, not worth it my.

Needed some good pointers before i do something stupid, I've settled down tonight but who knows about tomorrow.

You always want things to be cool with your neighbor if at all possible. Try other ways first. Ass kicking is a last resort. Explain it to him again. Give him a beer.

Merry Christmas. I would tickle him, kick his azz, then tickle him more. Then whilst he is utterly confused on the ground I would take a piss just missing his face. Then tickle him a little more. Confuse the heartless F'er to the point he can no longer look at you. Please let me know how this works out for you. I own my brother in law.
