I've finally found the full text: you can see it
here.
Let me add a personal thought: while there are instances of true vilification, discimination and intollerance (all equally deprecable), the report
seems to focus a lot more on other issues. For example, criticism to Israel's internal and foreign politics is considered anti-semitism... even if
religion is not mentioned. Also, satirical material involving anything remotely Jewish or Israeli is considered a no-go. Conservative religious
movements (both Christian and Muslim) are also listed, even if they carefully avoid any criticism about other religions and are considered perfectly
legitimate by everyone, including local Jewish communities. No-global and other smilar movements are also listed, mainly because they don't openly
list anti-semitism as one their main goals and often openly criticize Israel's politics (as above). What worried me most is that I also found a list
of website I usually visit, mainly because of their political activism (as above, again). At least one of these websites had to relocate because its
provider didn't want anything to do with somebody listed there. I took my own conclusions, now it's up to you.
