As early humans evolved, they developed larger and more complex brains, which can process and store a lot of information.
Last year, scientists pinpointed a human gene that they think was behind the expansion of a key brain region known as the neocortex.
They believe the gene arose about five or six million years ago, after the human line had split off from chimpanzees.
you ask me what a load of crap, a cop out cause they have no clue.
Between two and six million years ago, the ancestors of modern humans began to walk upright and use simple tools. During this extended period of time, their brain size started to increase. They began to spread around the world, encountering different environments.

What are you alluding to? That the speed of our technological advancement is due to alien or diving intervention?? Give us humans some credit.
Even if that were true, how does that negate our biological evolution?
theory that everything came from a big bang, there was nothing then there was everything?
The Theory says everything that is now the known physical Universe expanded from a point of nearly infinite density (a singularity). So it did come from "something". Where did the singularity come from? The question of ultimate origin is still there, sure, but a creator god doesn't resolve that line of thought.
*Evolution and TBBT should be separate discussions.
Quite simply the OP does not know their arse from their elbows when they speak about science.
