Text Pistols and shotguns hung frozen in the air, their blunt ends aimed at various persons, who remained as still as, well, mannequins. One man was prostrate under the back of a car, as if for cover, the barrel of his shotgun peeking out. Another hid behind a plastic trashcan, flimsy protection if this were a real battle. From one angle, it appeared to be a Madame Tussauds wax museum exhibit — a re-eneacted modern-day gunfight in rural Alabama involving at least 19 guns and 22 young men, frozen in time, scored by the pulsating beat of pounding rap music. It was a version, albeit an edgy and ultimately inadvisable one, of the mannequin challenge — that Internet craze of filming a scene of stark-still people, generally with the song “Black Beatles” by Rae Sremmurd playing over it. It has become so popular that everyone from Taylor Swift to NFL players to Alabama inmates have recorded a version.

So to summarize, a group of upstanding young citizens in Huntsville, Alabama were tending to their yardwork when they decided to engage themselves in one the greatest mannequin challenges to date. Nothing says "thuglife" quite like a Facebook upload illustrating your friends silly shenanigans.

Needless to say, the police caught wind of the tomfoolery and 2 of these ninnymuggins' got arrested. Oh and not only for gun possession. Drugs,body armor,packs of marijuana and ammo were also found.

Talk about a partypooper.

Read that this morning and LMAO. The story I read reported multiple arrests. Felons with firearms and drugs, you know, minor crimes...

But yeah, probably not their brightest choice. If they weren't doing anything sinister with that stuff. Sometimes from what I have seen anyhow, boys, (especially immature ones) are so fascinated with those things, the body armor, guns, drugs, etc, being a "bad boy" or a "gangster"

OR maybe these kids were bad boy gangsters, who knows.

Still, i stand by my first statement, not the brightest choice.
