Spirit keeping, what do you know and say about this paranormal idea/practice?

Here is what I just contributed of my comment to it, but it has not come out yet, for they practice prior aporval before a post can come out.

Thanks guys here, spirit keepers, and also to the founders, owners, and operators of this website and forum.

You see, dear guys here, everyone, including the founders, owners, and operators: I find myself in an altogether different stage with you guys here.

Let me explain.

When we see a movie, and it is about mobsters, we notice that they live in an altogether different world from ours, the same also for example about sweethearts, and also about spies or folks in the intelligence community, or what have you.

Now, this community of spirit keepers, it is to me a totally new and different world.

What is the world that I am familiar with?

You see, dear guys here, and I include the founders, owners, and operators of Creepyhollows - forgive me, but here I go:

First and foremost, we all whatever kind of world we are or stage of the drama of life we are living in, we all have to earn a living, take care of our health, fix the leaks in the bathroom, take care to prepare for old age and retirement, keep on good terms with society and the law, be connected with family and friends, etc.

Now, Creepyhollows community of which you and now I, we are registered members, in this stage peculiar one of Creepyhollows, what I find to be most interesting, is that people here talk about buying and selling spirits, that is the most absorbing thing I find in this peculiar world of yours.

Forgive me, but I find this buying and selling of spirits, and also, and again forgive me, keeping spirits in a vessel, all these things are keenly very challenging to me to accustom myself to.

And the really surprising thing is that your peculiar may I call it lifestyle has not been examined by the folks at the committee for the scientific investigation of claims of the paranormal.

And neither by the leaders of Christian churches.

And also, forgive me, the law.

So, that is why I find you folks to be most absorbing to mingle with.

And, please forgive me, aside from inquiring about getting spirits to for us spirits and me to avail of company among ourselves, what about what we can do for each other in addition to keeping company with each other among ourselves?

I don't ever go to bars to get company, and that is what I see to be the thing with bars which serve alcoholic drinks, seek company.

But even in bars people who congregate there even strangers, they eventually come down to mundane but essential concerns of the life that is common to all humans, like home and family business and trouble, love, money, health, pleasure, etc.

Okay, here is the thing that forgive me, will perhaps stir up your alert chip against me:

How much money do I have to invest to achieve an acceptable interactive relationship with spirits for being a spirit keeper, in order to keep company with them, so that from both sides, from them spirits and from me, we are both sides happy?

Of course we both know what it is to be happy and we both sides seek happiness.

But withal, from the side of humans they have to invest money at the end of the day.

AND this is most important with humans and even animals like our pets or animals we depend on for their service, for example, man’s best friend, the dog: from LOVE we will even give our life for our beloved fellow humans - what about for a dog… I tend to believe some folks will do that also, for the love of a dog, they will risk at least risk their life.

Do spirits have money which they can dispense with to show love to a human companion, or even what, give up life - and what kind of life and existence do they have: can they die and cease therefrom to exist?

I registered to the site you mentioned, and oh man some of you have no clue what you're getting yourself into... Those entities are the last thing you want to have hanging around, some of you are actually inviting them. All fun and games, for a very short while my friend. Jinn that respond to your invitation have in 95% of the cases bad intentions, don't try to aim for the 5%, the price is too high. You will have many sleepless nights if you go through with this, please trust me and do not seek contact with them through occult rituals or any other medium.

I know some about this... I didnt go to your site, but Im very familiar with it. It may be the same thing. I have an Esprit de la Bouteille Mort in my collection. Basically its a tool for necromancy. You kill a person or lure a spirit ( tricky getting the lure) thats not related to you or lure an ancestor into a vessel made for this specific reason. The materials used for the jar and lid... more of an urn.. are made of several things relating to the dead and filled with several things relating to the dead. You perform the ritual or have a houngan zobop or santero who is into palo mayombe perform it.. but for you to own it.. or possess it.. you have to be in on the ritual. Its a 2 way street though, what you own.. owns you. In traditional voodoo you are ridden or possessed by spirits or loa.. and the same with this soul you have... but with this soul you can have it do things for you... to other people.

i would suggest not ever saying that especially not more then once in a single post.

its an admission that even you think there is some trespass that needs to be forgiven, that you are guilty, that you are doing or saying wrong, it reeks of weakness, of cowardice, of self doubt. personally i hated to read that just because of all that, it was very uncomfortable.

I felt the same.... Ive never seen anyone use that phrase repeatedly like that, or need to.. except maybe in a confessional!

The dead are dumb as a box of rocks anyway... not "friend" or "companion" material. Mainly because THEYRE DEAD.

You see, dear guys here, and please be patient with me, I am keen to find proof that spirits do exist.

So, in the case of folks who practice spirit keeping, spirits do exist and interact with them.

Now, there are persons here who are keen to investigate everything at all; so what do you say, guys who are into investigating everything at all, shouldn't you take up this phenomenon to really find out what in fact is going on?

Are some guys just into a pure drama as if they are on a stage, or they really do keep spirits and interact with them?

Addressing daring guys who investigate everything, even the most fearful accounts of like Dracula vampires, I propose you investigate this spirit keeping phenomenon of folks who do keep spirits.

What about myself?

Honestly, I don't have the guts, i.e., I am afraid.

But from rational analysis, I think these folks doing spirit keeping, they are playing a drama, and it is all a script, even the spirits reacting or interacting with them, it’s all their act.


The thing is that according to them, spirits can help them and can harm them, so what is there with getting the spirits to help them get rich and famous and successful in their ambitions, like getting a position as chairman of a flourishing international corporation?

In my case, I will just if I take this practice seriously, just see whether these spirits can help me to get my investment funds grow instead of often one step forward and two steps backward (just the same though, in the long term, just keeping to them the good ones which have a good record, they grow in the course of at least three or at most five years time, but without any financial crisis intervening of course).

So, paging paranormal investigators.

Now, why did I not think of the Committee for the Scientific Investigation of Claims of the Paranormal?

And why not?

Because they don’t host a forum, they are always keeping to their own version of the story, that is why.

Still, dear guys here, if spirits do interact with humans like the practitioners of spirit keeping are doing with them, then that solves the question of the existence of spirits, and now what?

Now we humans will have more entities to deal with for better hopefully or for worse, but definitely it will be a more interesting world with spirits who finally get to interact with us directly, no need for mediums who have to get paid for their service - and I don't begrudge them, for they perform a service also, to folks who do need them and get satisfaction with their service.

Spirit Keeping sounds more like giving you a Jinn. Just go to a Haunted Place and get a Spirit Attachment much easier and its free.

This is my comment to the talk page of Wikipedia on "Tamagotchi" the popular toy computer baby of the latter 1990's, which an owner must baby-sit, else it could die from neglect by the owner: spirit-keepers seem to be into the same genre.

This is very interesting, the Tamagotchi babies, because I am at present reading up on "spirit keepers," see for example Creepyhollows.com.

And the spirits kept by practitioners of spirit-keeping remind me of Tamagotchis.

You see, you can buy vessels, from operators of spirit-keeping websites, which are the abodes of spirits, and other paraphernalia.

I must say that I really have not gotten exactly what the practitioners are into, but I came unto these folks from my research into the issue, do spirits exist or not.

And I was thinking that now with spirit-keeping, the science community can get their hands on empirical evidence of the existence and interaction of spirits with human beings – to wit, scientists should try it also.

To date however I have not seen any watchers from the skeptical establishment or scientific establishment focused on paranormal phenomena, like all kinds of communication with ghosts, spirits, demons, etc., …I have not come across any of such kinds of investigative bodies taken up with the spirit-keepers.

And I have not come across either, but I am into only research in the internet, mentions of spirit-keepers among the Christian church leaders who are keen to guard their sheep, from all kinds of dangerous involvement with spirits and their handlers. – Just my two cents worth.
