UFO Watchdog owes Dr Jill Tartar an apology, because the moon CAN be mistaken as a UFO

A recent UFO reporter was kind enough to include the date, time, location and direction of the UFO, which is enough to confirm that Jill Tartar was right, the moon can appear to be a UFO.

I give the poster credit for at least considering the moon as a suspect, before incorrectly ruling it out, because the UFO doesn't really look like the moon, since only parts of it are peeking through the clouds.
