I think they have a right to be concerned, I admit I know a little about the stand off, if that is what it is called. It's a shame that there is so little trust, I wonder why?

Wrong, if they don't have the income to afford insurance, ACA is already provided by the overcharging to regular insurance or they are on govt medicare/medicaid.

You can not support it all day long, but medical costs are still there, and there will be civil litigation to find those at fault.
