I'm curious how it was to cook in a tinfoil pan with a tinfoil top ?
I've never cooked a roast or bird in a tinfoil pan like that... I have 600 different sized roasters that I've been cooking in for 30+ years (a few of
them passed down from my grammy).
Do you have to baste more often in one of those ?

Yup, devilled eggs are a bit of a nuisance to make, peeling a dozen eggs, cutting them oh so perfectly in half, carefully scooping out the yolk,
making the filling, and then piping it all back in to make them look all purdy and stuff... but soooo worth it.
