Do a web search, freedom of speech doesn't apply while employed.

the 1st Amendment, which guarantees your "Freedom Of Speech", ensures that the government will not imprison, fine or punish you for free speech. I doesn't guarantee that your "Free Speech" will be free of consequences from other sources. One of those consequences may or may not be losing your job, depending on the terms of employment and what was said.

I admit I was wrong regarding freedom of speech, however what they said was still inappropriate.....wrong time and place to speak their mind imo
