Let's start to ask the proper questions. Like Mr. Giuliani - a tough man of high morals for sure, but hey, did he just said something about a missile shield in Czech Republic and Poland? How does it resonate with the Russian buddies hypothesis and Russian hopes to you? He's kinda good cop but what if someone like him participates in a foreign policy?
