Again, you are taking some marginal Makarenko voice and saying that is Putin's subliminal message to the Russian people.

When I check russian mass media (not unknown blog of Makarenko or a little bit more known blog of Dugin) I see a different picture. They are showing American elections with astounding level of details including special guests from USA which are although russian speaking, but not in any way Putin's supporters.
