The problem is where are the wealth and jobs coming from? If America starts manufacturing again. It will certainly have to put tariffs on imported goods, to protect the home manufactures. China cant be competed with regards to cost, the same item will still be made for a fraction of the price. The fact is the world is post Industrial, the future lies with local communities , making sure their own standard of living improves. In fact the present Capitalist system is under dire threat, and will have great problems working, when most of the people haven't got any money to buy goods. Cant afford their own house, and cant afford rent. When you fall through the cracks, you just have one half of society trying to contain the other half, avoiding the dystopian nightmare should be the main thrust of the politicos.

The candidates will not change anything. They were elected because they are a reflection of us. Nothing will change until the population becomes honorable again. You want to fix the country, start with yourself. Then educate those around you, and then they do the same. It is the only way anything will change. As soon as the horrible times are over, and we are back in plain bad times, everyone will forget. LEARN THE CORE PRINCIPLES OF OUR FOUNDING. If you don't, you will never understand just how bad society is right now. Critical mass can only be obtained by an educated populace. This is just a normal wave on the ocean of ignorance.
