WOW! The FBI is a big fail.....

I could of used "word filters" and "word searches" on 650,000 emails and been done in less than an hour.

Then of course like the FBI, have no clue what was in the emails.

"In one email sent to Podesta, the email reads that “As for dinner I’m not particularly fussy about the type of pizza I enjoy, just as long as there’s no hair on it, I hate hair on my pizza!”

Do you have an email ID for this one? I'm not finding it using the words quoted.

After a whole bunch of web searches it appears a 4chan troll/shill faked the "hate hair on my pizza" email because it shares header information with Email ID 40819. Nearly all of the comments said it was an obvious fake and apparently irresponsible media outlets ran with it. The ID appears intentionally left out of their post.

Email ID is 32795 for the "handkerchief" email which I find much more strange. I'll have to edit my OP so that email does not show.

Thanks for sorting through that.

I also found the handkerchief one very odd.

Should work. These are exactly the same brilliant techniques they used to foil the attempted terrorist attacks on September 11 2001...

Wired has reported that the FBI was able to clear 81,250 emails a day, 3,385.41 per hour around the clock by replacing investigations with "word filters" and "word searches".

Even without using code words considered, a word search is surely bound to capture any criminal activity if there is any there.

I commend the FBI and they can now fire most of their staff.

Welcome to a great new age.

Even if they've cleared Hillary of any wrongdoing in this latest email investigation, any swing voters who were affected have probably already voted. It's just window dressing now.

I do hope she wins and not Trump, but I'll accept whoever wins.

Sounds like the OP and everyone else in this thread has no clue of IT forensics.
(IP = Intellectual Property.)
I've been employed by companies to run forensic searches of their entire IT infrastructure worldwide to find another companies IP on their systems.
Do you really think I'm going to go through entire email servers, file shares, local hard disks to find a PDF file that has IP of another company?
No we use tools that find specific metadata within the entire infrastructure, we then refine the searches and start using exclusions until we find the search that will find the IP data most efficiently. We then run that refined metadata search on the companies entire infrastructure.
Now I do this with publicly available software, I'm sure the FBI will have developed it's own internal tools that they use alongside some of the publicly available ones.
With the resources they have available it doesn't surprise me that it took this long for that many emails.

Obvious farce by the FBI. Or at least, by Comey. I don't know why any conservative would be surprised by this. He's the guy who announced that Hillary broke every rule in the book, but he still wasn't going to press charges.

Hey, FBI agents: It's time to revolt. Get a small team together, and go clear out his office. Strip it of any & all personal effects, stuff them into a cardboard box, and leave it at the curb in front of FBI headquarters. Be sure to take his name plate off the wall and tape it to the front of the box.

Remember they are only looking for wrong doing for Hilary Clinton as Secretary of State, not any of the other conspiracies we think the Clinton's are involved in.

They will probably already have the metadata search term, I'll give you an example.
Let's say that all classified emails have a header attached to them which is likely.
Even though she has forwarded them onto an unsecure server (not encrypted), the emails will have the header still, this will appear in raw data like gobbledygook (>/ae&*@+_£WSD6 but it will be consistent through all emails that are marked as classified. I can take that string and run a raw data search on the entire hard drive and I will have the entire contents of all data with the classified header.

By using raw data search terms, you can bypass the operating system of the hard drive so files that were "deleted"(they are not exactly deleted, the file header is removed from the allocation table) are scanned also. We can also tell when something has been secure wiped and even know what software was used to wipe the data. We then can use this as evidence of intent to destroy data.

I also used to help police prosecute child pornography scum prior to their IT departments taking over this role.

it is interesting how comey attempts to play both sides of the aisle.

I just heard on the radio that President Obama is going to fire FBI director Comey after the election

It doesn't matter...the Clintons will NEVER be held accountable for anything.

They are too powerful, they are backed by others who are even more powerful.

The only ones to be ever held accountable will be US for allowing the scum to come to power in the first place...and it will be an eternal accounting.

Ok Ill say this..

Im thoroughly convinced now (I was extremely skeptical) that this actually IS a Pedo ring. Podesta needs to be in jail. Immediately, and these kids need to be rescued.

That being said..

This has absolutely NOTHING to do with Hillary Clinton. So please, keep her name out of it.

Why? Shouldn't we know just what kind of services the Clinton Foundation(Teneo) offers? Whether she's involved or not, I would figure having pedos on staff wouldn't be a good thing for the "candidate of women and children".

Investigating piracy is about looking for copies of existing information and does not require a human to actually understand anything about the material being pirated. Yes, scanning a computer for known exact files should be fast and easy.

Investigating bribery is about looking for patterns of behavior by the people involved, which requires a human to actually understand the content of their communications, and then furthermore expecting that communications to be in indirect language.

They aren't looking for bribery or any other crimes the Clinton's, they are looking at mishandling classified information as SoS.

Once whatever documents the FBI were interested in like those with a classified header, they would get those emails and then the real investigative work happens.

That's what would have taken the time of the FBI investigators.

Oh and BTW I wasn't talking about privacy, I was employed by the company the had it's IP stolen & were in the middle of a multi million dollar lawsuit that had shutdown an entire division of a large multinational company.

So my job was to find the data that had been destroyed and to prove wrong doing on the behalf of the company.

No they did not say she broke the law. Hence the reason for no charges.

There should be charges, so it only means that Comey is foregoing the rule of law and is himself AIDING and ABETTING multiple felonies.

Key facts are out there and undisputed. Moving classified data off secure systems and onto a private unapproved insecure server is a felony, one count for each breach. Intent is not in question; pass the data, break the law.

So, it is the special interpretation, the unique treatment, that Hillary enjoys that is in question. Comey is in question, Lynch is in question, the veracity of the election is in question, anyone that could actually vote FOR this corruption is just a fool.

Well, I wonder how much money changed hands in this (sic) investigation? We already know that on the last one an FBI agent received over 600 thousand in a "campaign" donation for his wife. Who made out on this one?

According to Clinton Finances, Comey got $649,000 the first time the Clinton's bribed him.
A few days ago he received $942,000.
Blackmailing Hillary will get you more money.

Did he blackmail her, or was it a bribe to make the problem go away (again) before the election?
Then again, I can imagine that sometimes the line between them isn't very clear.

Honestly this is the dumbest idea ever. They could just talk about things with a mixture of commonly used words to hide the message from unintended viewers:

Bill: What's the planned events for our happy-fun-place trip? (Pedo island)
Hillary: 10-12 but i gotta buy more supplies. (Kids age 10-12 and Hillary needs more condoms to cover that double-penis reptilian genitalia)

If its NOT a crime to do something because You didnt "INTEND" to cause harm to someone, THEN I can steal money, rob people, stores and banks with a fake gun and its not a crime, right ?

No the crimes being committed are theft, if someone is killed during a robbery, they will either be charged with murder or manslaughter depending on whether there was intent to murder or whether it was accidental (manslaughter).
The intent to rob was there already.
