Podesta Email Decryption [Let's put our heads together!]

I saw this peculiar email in another thread:

Maybe we can all get together and try to decrypt what is actually being said.

None of which are of any use whatsoever when dealing with codewords.

I agree. These cliques of like-minded perverts hold gatherings at private residences and "pool parties at the vineyard" and collaborate about their secret language and codes.

Then I think they get some kind of sick thrill by using their "language" in emails to one another. "Hahahaha! Nobody knows what we're talking about! Aren't we just fah-bu-lous!"

I don't claim to be an expert so forgive me if that site is useless. I figured we can all come together. No one writes an email like that. It's definitely coded to a specific demographic or user. It's pretty strange since the word puberty, old, and other weird words were thrown in.

So looking at the email again I wonder:

1. What if each line represents a location (lat/long, etc)
Why would each be on it's own line and written in the form of an incomplete sentence.

Possibly details of an event and where the event will be held. I'm just guessing here.
