I have looked everywhere and can't figure it out. I did it before awhile ago. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Click on their profile, then click on the button for their wall, there will be an 'add friend' button there.

It used to be easier as the 'add friend' button was off of the mini profile in your avatar.

You only need to go to your profile and then your 'wall'

then you can add anyone you like.
