The US system is designed on a system of checks and balances. It not obstructing if it representing constituents and holding to the constitution.

The USA government spends more annually than any other government. Around 1 trillion more than China. Obama / Clintion ensure a system of flowing tax / borrowed money into their crony capitalism economy.

We are 18 trillion in dept and growing, with the largest annual government budget. I don't know what new programs you think Hillary needs to champion, but the needed "social growth" is not getting done by spending more than any other government. Not getting done by unsustainable spending.

The taxpayer money that is spent on social programs is spent here. Like food, housing, medical, mental health. The trillions spent on war, I don't where that goes. So, lets raise taxes on the 250K and above, and everybody wins. If we leave the middle east and let them fight it out, but that won't happen because of that incest pull of power. Lots of rich people wont be so rich if the war ends.
