The polls say Trump is only up 3 points in Texas, Texas hasn't been blue since 1976 and voted for Jimmy Carter.

Here is a guy from Texas explaining what has happened.

Now if Texas is wrong what other states have wrong poll numbers ?

Then there are the stories of pollsters asking questions on the phone and as soon as the voter says they are voting for Trump, they ask them if they voted in the last election and when they say no, they immediately hang up.
Pathetic !

She is not taking TX. Maybe in 10 years it will flip depending on how many more illegals are let in and given citizenship but right now no way. Just not enough Democrats right now, there are a lot but TX is a big state, lots of small rural staunch gun carrying, Harley riding folks. Many of them don't even vote but they are coming out this time, mainly due to the gun issue and illegals flooding in. It's not even the illegals so much as the criminal element it invites into the cities. Nobody will understand it unless they live here. We have a gang problem, drug problem and it stems from the lack of border security.

My my, the polls sure are big in Texass, the bigger the polls are the bigger the lies, and we all know Texass is home to some of the biggest liars in history, Bushes and Cheneys, come to mind.

Ron Paul is from Texas, Clinton isn't only down by 3 points in a state that sent Ron Paul to Congress multiple times.

Gotta respect how hard they are working to make Texas sound like a "Battleground" state. Texas is about as far from battleground as they get. I guess they can convince America it is but they haven't convinced the Texans.

It will be over on the 8th one way or the other so prepare yourself's. As for my wife and I we are going to sit this one out in sleepy little fishing village that I frequent in Mexico and watch it on BBC America. If the world turns to hell we will just stay. It's nice to have friends in low places. Dos cervezas por favor.

If Southern Democrats like Carter, Sam Nunn, Lyndon Johnson, Ann Richards, and even to some extent Bill Clinton still had a voice in the party the Democrats would probably be able to put some deep red Southern states in play this election. Most have long since left the Democrats for the GOP. I only include Bill Clinton on that list because he has always been much more naturally center-left than his wife. She's only considered center left because of the only opposition she had in the primaries was hard left.

The local PBS station here in TX, LOL!!! Trying soo hard to create this drama, bringing all kinds of half wit pundits explaining how TX will turn blue. My wife and I just laugh. There is a reason she does not campaign in TX. Think she came here once to get money from Austin. After that nothing. In Houston she got off the plane and nobody showed up to greet her. She has not been back since from my understanding.

They are making states look closer than they really are so when Hillary magically wins the election, it won't look so suspicious. They can just point out how close the polls were in these states. If the polls in Texas show Trump up by 10-12 points and Clinton wins, something doesn't look right. If the polls show Trump up by 3 and Clinton wins, it's no big deal. They will not allow her to lose this election. It just that simple. Trump is terrible too, I can't believe these are our choices. Well, I guess I can but it's still pathetic. But I'm telling you now, Trump could get 80% of the vote and she will still win. They will not allow her to lose this.

But wait, that's not possible. There is no rampant voter fraud.

The election is not rigged.

CNN told me so.

I was talking to a TX voter this week on a plane. Said he voted early, straight Republican and the box for Trump kept going to Hillary before he sent it. It would stay Trump for a second and then switch to Hillary. He was pissed. He called in the election workers and he finally got it submitted correct, at least he thinks. I have NEVER seen anything like that all my years of voting. Complete BS.

Here in East Tennessee Trump is up by about 30%. I can't find hardly anyone who will admit to supporting Hillary. Even the die hard democrats are ashamed of her. Personally I think she is done.

The problem is that even if you make sure it shows what you selected, it literally only takes 1 line of code to have a selection display as the correct selection and another line of code to have a selection recorded internally as a different selection. So a vote for Trump can easily show as a vote for Trump while internally be recorded as a vote for Clinton. That's it, 2 lines of code. 1 to have a vote for Trump = display Trump and another to have a vote for Trump = Clinton. Noone can ever know and that's why nothing about this election process is honest, transparent or worthy of any trust at all. It's all a scam, it's all fixed.

I live in Texas. I've always been somewhat involved in politics but most of my friends have not. This election, the "good ol' boys" are listening. You don't mess with a Texan and his guns.

Trump has a large base of non-voters.

Who do you think support him?

The same people that don't vote every election.
