Teenager inexplicably fluent in Spanish after waking from coma

Thought you guys might find this story interesting. Apparently after slipping into a coma after being concussed at a soccer game, this teenager awoke to find himself fluid in Spanish. This is of note, of course, because he could only speak English beforehand.
