Strange link

I've just noticed a strange link is placed right above the 4 small banners 'big boards', 'atsn rss', 'ta rss' and 'ats rss' at the bottom of every page at this site. The link points to a website with the url www.blacklabyrinth.com....

This website exists of only one page which has an image on it which has been discussed before. It has the following text written on it;

una infinitas

abominatio nascitur autumno

hic est tuum temptamen quod temptat tua potentia
viginti tres gradus ad summam potestatem

I believe it's latin but I haven't bothered to translate it.

Four questions;

1) What does the text mean?
1) Why is this link so small?
2) Why is it placed right there on every page?
3) Are we being ridiculed here or is this just an insiders thingy?
