You guys honestly think the US would drone London?

It could be done ... and they could probably get away with it too.

Problem is, once you start doing that, the folks that are in-the-know want to start playing by those rules too.

Get out of here...
The USA could try, but can't just drone in London.

G W Bush had his airforce one flown above the Netherlands on the way home from a visit to Germany.

He did NOT find it necessary to ask for permission, so groundcontrol did not know who or what.
So the Dutch scrambled their QRA, and intercepted Bush.

I guess he had to swollow some pride, when he flew in the cross-hairs of 2 f-16's.

The news did tell a plane was intercepted, but not what plane, or who.
But I know, the Airforce one had just left the airport in Germany.

No, it can not be done with a drone.
A cruise missile maybe, but not with a drone.

Drone, droned, to drone.

To drone or not to drone, that's the question.

The answer is not to drone.

Somebody asked Assange about why he cancelled his balcony "speech" - or what was more likely supposed to be a international newsworthy bombshell. I couldn't hear the last part of his answer, but it sounded like he said that security there said they were almost certain there was a shooter outside in the audience. But the last portion was inaudible. It could have been that he believed a drone was hovering above.... But if that were the case, his message would have made that much more of a splash instead of delaying it and making it more obscure.

I think he is sometimes too careful and too paranoid.

you would think if there is a posse of people out to get him because of the information he has the safest thing to do would be to get it out there, then he wont be holding on to something that they don't want out there.
