This is one of my favorite rage comics. Many rage comics, although very silly, contain a lot of truth like the one above built around the Okay Guy.

It's rather bleak and sends the message that life is a series of setbacks and adversities, with the only certainty being death at the end. Yes, life doesn't always go our way, but with every blow we are dealt we grow both spiritually and mentally. And as we grow we learn to enjoy the simplest of things and appreciate the miracle of life, during those brief moments when life actually seems to be going okay for us.

That's the beauty of life!
