Is this a Gang Symbol?

I was cleaning my Bathroom stalls at work today when I noticed some Jack ass Vandalized the Bathroom wall. Before I cleaned it up I took a Photo of it. I showed it to one of managers and they think it's a Gang Symbol. What do you guys think?

no its just a graffiti artist tag. it says "seeya"

It appears not a gang symbol...but a persons signature sign...like "I did this"....same as on trains on the railroad tracks.

A signature...could be wrong...but this tag appears a persons personal i.d. signature

It's a tag of some sort.

If I had to guess, it may be a wanna-be...but don't quote me on that.

Once in 7th grade I threw an eraser at a classmate. Apparently the motion of my hand was scary enough for the teacher to pull me out of class and tell me I flashed a gang signal and that she will have the police watching me.

Anything is a gang signal of you are paranoid enough.

Sigils can be any combo of symbols these days IT is probably a tag, but the twat who did it might also be thinking it has some power (otherwise why tag?). The important bit is the tagger was a twat.

It looks like every other tag you see some place where a person think that graffiti means something other than they are defacing someone elses property.

Im guessing you have never driven through a shady part of any city and seen tags everywhere.

just go to Google and type in graffiti tags

all one has to do is find a train(L or carrier car) and you will see tags.

Couldn't be sure, but I don't think so. Looks like normal tagging letters or graphitte artists.

That doesn't match any of them.

It looks like a graffiti artist who tagged their name on the wall. Could be gang related but most likely not as they haven't included their gangs name in the tag.

I know several graffiti artists, they definately are not gang members.

I bet it is just a "Killroy was here" kind of signature.

Let Me see if I can de-cipher this.. If not mistaken it reads:

This is definitely the right answer, the "See" is pretty clear, as is the final "a", once you know it says "seeya" its easy to see.
