Need help finding a good diabetes app

I've recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I was borderline for a few years, where I had to check my blood sugar daily and record it into a logbook
I recently had a bout of acute pancreatitis, and now my insulin production is shot, and I have to take insulin daily and supposed to record that as well.
What I'm looking for is a good, easy to use FREE tracking app in iOS.
Are there any other diabetics on that might help me?

Mysugr Diabetes Logbook looks cool. It's free and on the apple App Store.

I've been using an app that helps keep me committed in checking my sugars. it's called Sugar Streak. iTunes link is here.

MySugr is good too, but it costs money for the advanced features.

The glucose meter that the insurance company provided came with one. Basically for PC , mobile , etc.
Excellent app as it automatically uploads to my PC . No fuss , no muss.

ADD:
Not at home now, will try and get the name later. I think the meter is ACCU-Check . It is a bit older , but still very convenient
