Japan's Southern Triple Junction Fault Near Tokyo is Acting Up

Another stressor to the fault is the cyclone that just hit. It brought ground water levels in Fuku up to surface level. I was reading that the 3/11 quake had several epicenters - a domino type reaction along a very long fault line. That could kick it back toward the north. Scary indeed for the whole world.
