What you believe or don't believe has nothing to do with factual reporting. Opinions are not of equal value if they are not based on fact.

Trump has demonstrated his disregard, indeed hatred, for the Constitution over and over and over and over. He is anti-American in almost every thing he says and does. His brown-nosing of Putin borders on treason. His laundering of campaign donations into his own pocket borders on embezzlement, and real politicians have gone to jail for less. His out-and-out bribery of State officials in Florida was so transparent that I'm surprised he isn't already in jail.

These are facts. Not speculation. Not opinion. Facts. We don't need 50 million dollar Congressional investigations to recognize them. He proudly repeats them every chance he gets. He is a confidence trickster, its what he does.

I'm curious, please show your sources for that "fact". It sounds much more like OPINION to me.
I'm not sure that saying he would engage in dialogue is tantamount to treason, whereas leaving an Ambassador to die in a foreign country when you knew there was the potential for violence, and ordered a rescue force to stand-down, is treason (IMCO).

If there is a high crime area in a city / county, and law enforcement is patrolling the area and observe a suspicious person / vehicle they can make contact to see whats up. All that is required is reasonable suspicion and the following conversation either raises the encounter to probable cause or it clears the individual.

The term your looking for is called totality of circumstances.
