"He will enter, wicked, bad, evil
Tyrannising Mesopotamia
The adulterous lady makes many friends
The land is horrible, and black of aspect."
"He" is not a good a good man and is from the outside. Mesopotamia is the area around the Tigris and Euphraties (current day IRAQ). Once "he" is
there he govern's as a tyrant. Anyone want to ask Iraqi's how they feel they've been treated by the U.S. Military? "The adulterous lady" has
often been seen as the Statue of Liberty, representing the U.S. and the many friends is seen as the current coalition.
In Revelation she is "Babylon the Great" the Harlot. A nation filthy in weath ("the merchants of the earth grew rich from her drive for luxury.")
She is judged by a mighty angel, "Because your merchants were the great ones of the world, all nations were led astray by your magic potion. In her
was found the blood of prophets and holy ones and all who have been slain on the earth." And a great multitude in heaven yelled in a loud voice,
"Alleluia!..He has condemned the great harlot who corrupted the earth with her harlotry." Draw your own conclusions about the current state of
America.

"The world's garden will be near the new city
In the roadway, between the hollow mountains
It will be seized, and plunged into the tank
Drinking, in desperation, the sulphur-poisoned waters."
Nostradamus appers to envision the skyscrapers of modern day New York, describing them as hollow mountains. The world's garden is an apt description
of the World Trade Center. Could he be describing the 9/11 tragedy having the appearance of collapsing in the Hudson River (plunging into the tank).
The incenaration of floors caused "sulphur-poisoned waters".

"The sky will burn at 45 degrees
Fire approaches the great new city
Immediately a huge and scattered flame leaps up
When they want proof from the Northerners."
Could this be describing the morning of 9/11 in New York (the great new city), or is he describing a nuclear explosion?
