Her last two minutes she began to apparently get a tickle in her throat. Her eyes get more bulgy as she attempts to suppress a cough. I believe they timed it perfectly just within her limit.

Edit add: She is the last person I would want caring on my grandchildren/ children for the next 4 years!

Well...that's definitely Hillary. So the double must have been the one who took that last ride in the van. I feel bad for her, whoever she was. How awful to be expendable to the point where no one even acknowledges your death.

Yes. One of the satellite feeds was breaking up, so a more stable one was displayed next to it. Is that the "anomaly" you're alluding to?

Donald Trump has been overweight for some time now. There's nothing sudden about it...no one gets that large all of a sudden.

It happened numerous times before that point too. That's weird....like her image was projected onto the background or something. I don't know how abnormal that is...not my area of expertise...but it is very strange looking to my untrained eye. Hopefully someone can explain it who knows more about that stuff.

Yes. It's her tonsils and uvula sticking to the back of her throat as she speaks. It is the result of prolonged bouts of coughing and straining to speak without sounding hoarse...the delicate tissue is highly vascular and becomes swollen. I bet her uvula is twice its normal size. I've unfortunately had this happen to me twice and it feels as annoying as it sounds. And eventually, the sticking will result in a coughing fit. It's a vicious cycle. Not fun.

Elderly people do it quite often because that tissue sags and droops with age, just like every other tissue. And she isn't exactly a spring chicken, so she's got a double whammy there.

Classic video transmission / compression problem.
Sort of a hickup in the line, the background looks stable since its stays the same.
She is pixelated, since she moves with a low FPS (frames per second).

BTW the technical reason behind 99.99% of all these 'shapeshifters' video.
