Ah, ha!

This NYT article lists the former Special Narcotics Prosecutor as "Robert H. Silbering!"

Robert H. Silberling and other drug prosecutors are doubtless honorable and dedicated people. What good they could do for this country if they would only step back, open their minds and look detachedly at the real results of their war: a third of young black men caught up in the criminal justice system, cities devastated, prison-building as our great construction project. Those are some of the costs of drug prohibition.

LINK

What are the odds that of 25 other letters the could 'accidentally' use instead of 'S', they happened to use 'H'? (ETA: I feel stupid for saying this. The odds are 1 in 25. LOL.)

I am thinking that Robert likes the two misspellings in the NYS Corporate Entity listings.

Now, I am thinking it is, indeed, 'Robert H. Silberling.'

And that's how he's listed on the contribution sheet for Hutchinson for Senate.

To recap: The New York Times referred to the former Special Narcotics Prosecutor, in NY, as both 'Robert S. Silberling' AND 'Robert H. Silberling.'

And this guy is also Robert H. Silberling (from TAT's comment):

Mr. Robert H. Silbering, Bob serves as Special Advisor to the Chairman at T&M Protection Resources, LLC and served as its Special Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer of Investigations. Mr. Silbering served as President of the FIA Division and Senior Vice President of Investigations at T&M Protection Resources, LLC. Mr. Silbering directed all investigations and intelligence services - resulting from T&M's acquisition of Forensic Investigative Associates, Inc. (FIA)

ETA: It was a $1000 donation from a New Yorker to Hutchinson's Senate run in Arkansas.

Might indicate some Arkansas roots...and early Clinton Crime Family ties.

Yes...did you read this part:

Tim Hutchinson's family:

Hutchinson married his second wife, Randi Fredholm Hutchinson, a former senior member of staff, in 2000.[15] He was previously married to Donna Hutchinson for 29 years. Hutchinson has three sons with his first wife: Jeremy Hutchinson, a former state representative; Timothy Chad Hutchinson, also a former state legislator; and Joshua Luke Hutchinson.

Hutchinson's brother is current Arkansas governor Asa Hutchinson, a Republican former member of the U.S. House from Arkansas's 3rd congressional district, the former undersecretary of the United States Department of Homeland Security, and the unsuccessful Republican gubernatorial nominee in 2006, the same year that Donna Hutchinson was elected to the state House. Prior to his election to the Senate in 1996, Tim Hutchinson had also held the Third District U.S. House seat.

Tim and Asa Hutchinson are the brothers-in-law of Arkansas State Senator Kim Hendren, who married Hutchinson's sister, Marylea, in 1958. Hendren was a candidate for the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate in the 2010 election. On May 18, he lost the primary to current Senator John Boozman. Kim Hendren's son, Jim Hendren, was elected in 2012 to the District 2 seat from Benton County in the Arkansas State Senate.

Not only is his brother the current governor of Arkansas, his family permeates Arkansas government.

But some strange things happened in HutchinsonÕs district while he was federal prosecutor that he doesnÕt mention in his speeches. Specifically, a man identified by federal agents as "a documented, major narcotics trafficker" was using facilities at an airport in HutchinsonÕs district for "storage, maintenance, and modification" of his drug-running aircraft, throughout most of HutchinsonÕs tenure.

The man was Adler Berriman "Barry" Seal. For the last four years of his life - and throughout HutchinsonÕs term as U.S. attorney - his base of operations was Mena, Arkansas. In 1982, the year that Hutchinson took office as U.S. attorney and Seal moved to Mena, federal officials were already aware that he controlled "an international smuggling organization" that was "extremely well organized and extensive." Agents for the DEA, FBI, U.S. Customs, and IRS were watching him.

They brought Hutchinson evidence that Seal was "involved in narcotics trafficking and the laundering of funds derived from such trafficking."

To recap, the CEO of MetroCare, Robert H. Silbering (aka AND d/b/a Robert S. Silbering and Robert Silberiny) doesn't appear to have any involvement in administering healthcare, at all.

He was the former NY Special Narcotics Prosecutor, who donated money to an Arkansas Senator who happens to be brothers with the current Governor of Arkansas, Asa Hutchinson. And Asa Hutchinson played yet another role in burying an investigation into narcotics trafficking out of the Mena airport...

Much like Bill Clinton did, and Johnson's running mate, William Weld.

AND, this IS also part of his history:

Mr. (FIA)

ETA: AND MetroCare happened to be listed as operating out of Chelsea Clinton's apartment.

Yes, let's see what we can dig up. My immediate thought is that they provide(d) expert witness testimony in trials involving some kind of forensics...

So I was right that Silberny is Silbering?

MME, you and TAT have absolutely blown done doors off here.

This sure looks like Clinton bag man.

And CIA ties as well, if I recall corretly? That would be the second connection between her campaign and that agency; the other being her plane.

What really struck me is that Silbering (a New Yorker) donated $1000 to Tim Hutchinson's Senate campaign in Arkansas. Silbering was a former Special Narcotics Prosecutor, in New York.

And Tim Hutchinson's brother, Asa Hutchinson, played a role in burying an investigation into the narcotics trafficking out of the Mena airport....Just like Bill Clinton did and Bill Weld.

Mena = CIA & Organized Crime. It's also a scandal that involved the collusion of democrats AND republicans.

So...was Silberling possibly thwarting investigations into narcotics trafficking in New York and selectively going after the 'competition?"

I know we cannot get a firm answer on when Metrocare stopped operating out of Chelsea's apartment -- but there are only two degrees of separation here between Robert Silbering and the Mena Airport scandal.

Related? Not Related?

Silbering donated to Dan Donovan for a special Election in Staten Island in 2015.

Gentile has been a Staten Island Councilman for decades.
Donovan came to fame from the Eric Garner case.

Donovan (R) won...beating Vincent Gentile (D).

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- Republican District Attorney Daniel Donovan has won Tuesday's special election and is going to be Staten Island's new congressman. Donovan vied with Democratic Councilman Vincent Gentileand Green Party candidate James Lane for the seat.
