Honestly, I'm not sure what to make of this anymore.

I just called the number and was tranfered through an automated system. A woman answered the phone and I was told that the offices were closed and I would have to call back in the morning, but I did ask if they were located at 21 E 26th street and she said yes.

But they said they moved out in 2015, so why would she say yes?

Their corporate office is located at 120 West John Street Hicksville, NY 11801-1016, but it has the same phone number.

I never would have guessed that a "Visiting Nurse Service" needed a "Manufacturing Executive":

Whatever it is they're "manufacturing", after being in business for 24 years, and employing 20-49 people, it's surprising they have no website and virtually no online history.

I've been able to track down some info, including their NPI numbers, and many of the websites say that their info has not been updated since 2007.

Yeah, IAMTAT, myself, and a few others several years ago we cooked up this conspiracy hoax and set all this stuff up. Luckily one of us is psychic and was able to divine that Chelsea would move in there. When you call the NY phone number its IAMTAT's girlfriend that picks up the phone.

Not to go OT, but this brings to mind something that happened to me when I was blogging a few years ago (2010) on an equally taboo subject. One day I received an email at an unpublished email address (a week after my birthday) -- from someone unknown to me named 'Shannon Becker' -- and the email named my very young son by first name and the person wished me a happy belated birthday. Obviously it freaked my sh*t out.

Using the IP address, I traced the email to a place called, the "Center for Progressive Training," in Georgia.

Their website claimed they did medical training...specifically for first aid, CPR, and phlebotomy.

I think it is a front organization.
