I have a high-res copy of this video. Here's some things I noticed:

There are 2 separate metallic objects.
You can hear them both clinking, but the first one is hard to see in the low res video.
The objects come out from her pant leg as she twists her body.

I'm a 15 year cop. My first instinct is a crack pipe/meth pipe. I had a suspect do the same thing 2 days ago. Same sound. BTW, arrested him for possession of drug paraphernalia. Upon arrival at jail, he had 2.8 grams of meth in his nether regions

I am not sure what to add with the glass piece you speak of but how she is acting in this video certainly shows she is not ok to fill the shoes of being president. Regardless of the rest of her problems.
