Later he admits to lying in his note and didn't really slide across the hood. So he says, I am not sure which is really true.

So then he taught his youngin's that lying is ok whey trying to get a point across.

He seems to practice situational ethics and sees no error in lying or vandalism as long as it is to prove a point.

I wouldn't go as far as to say he is a good parent, just a parent. Even the wicked love their own. Proof is in the pudding.

I'm not sure why are back here trolling.. but you are starting to get on my goat a bit now.
This has now crossed the line between you making a point and starting to get personal. You know nothing about me or my children.

It's quite ironic that you are trying to come across as a self righteous human being whilst twisting the story, so in your mind it justifies you throwing back handed and sneaky abuse in my direction.. people like you are the bottom of the barrel in society.. sly and deceitful whilst trying to make everyone think you are a stand up guy.

Now Why don't you run along back to the religion forum and annoy people over there, which by all accounts is your reputation on this site..

Hey, man, I agree with what you did. You got him to move his car and hopefully he learns from it and won't do it again. But I think you're dwelling on it too much. You don't need to argue with an internet stranger just to justify yourself. He moved his car, you've already won. Just thankful your kids weren't injured.

Have a nice day

your right brother.. i don't normally get involved in this kind of nonsense with people like him.. but he seemed to draw me in..
Then again that's what these type of sly people do..
Have a good one

You still don't realize your OP states by implication that you slid acrossed his hood/bonnet.

No it doesn't.. i have already highlighted where it says we crossed into the road.
You are not reading it correctly..

Anyway once I've explaned that why are you still going on about it?
Am I still a scumbag for leaving a note, now that you know I didn't vandalise the car?

If I could change it to make it absoloutly clear I didn't, I would do that but I can't now so we just have to accept it for what it is now.

If I was a troll I would have been long ago.

You various post indict you of lying and or vadelism. Not sure what is true.

So far you have thumbed up those who agree with you and either ignore or argue with those who pointed out you were wrong.

As far as how your story changed. IN the op you stated to the violator that he gave you an opportunity to slide across his bonnet. This clearly implies in English you vandalized his car for parking in your way. and how it amused you to wish you could see his face for IT. II representing the last thing you mentioned in your note about sliding across his bonnet. Unless your not sure how to construct English sentences as the last action to subscribe IT to was the sliding.

Then you changed it to having children and scooters, which would have been important information to include in your OP don't you think?

So my friend have a nice day.

No one said you were a scum bag.

This is a society of people, either we are civilized or we are barbarian.

Which one represents your actions best?

And as an Internet Society ATS members like to hear the whole story first and Not have it change throughout the thread as it then appears you are not truthful or forthcoming. Here we like to believe we can be honest with one another.

But what seems to be getting your goat is honest communication about your OP and your actions.

Whether you slid or walked around Vandalism or lying are not virtues anyone sees as honorable.

I'm honestly baffled by your arguments here.. The op clearly states in the first paragraph that I was taking my children to the park on their scooters and said vehicle had caused to go into a busy road..

Maybe it's not my construction of sentences rather your ability to read and digest information..
Either that or you are trolling to get a reaction.. i honestly can't work out which..

And to be honest you claim to be a good Christian but I see no Christian values in your posts in this thread.. especially the latter ones.
It's underhanded sly abuse which quite frankly unacceptable and not very Christian of you john..

I just wonder how the OP manages to get anywhere without crossing any busy roads. Must be a lot of zebra/pelican crossing points or pedestrian bridges in his area.
Meh first world problems, the type I see whining on facebook all the time.
So the guy parked like a dick, and he got round the obstruction without getting killed...funny letter though so star for that, do you always carry a pen and paper when you go to the park? lol

I always carry a small notepad and a pen.. And always use a crossing with the kids, we do have a lot around here.
The road in question is really busy single lane with a 40mph speed limit, there are always incidents and collisions.
The part we had to walk into is on a blind bend so it's quite dangerous to be walking with children, especially carrying their scooters as well. We had to walk into the road to get around the car.. Which if I'm honest was quite an anxious and scary moment.
The reason I posted was because I thought the note was quite funny, I wouldn't have posted had I not left the note..

Ah fair one

You probably know what I mean though, some of the whining posts I see on fb are ridiculous, clearly no danger and the like.

The note was funny though, and I fail to understand why some think you (A) vandalised anything because it was clear you were just lying to the car owner, and (B) what the problem is with the lie in the note.
Then making out you are some bad parent or something lol, the sanctimonious preaching in this thread has been hilarious though!

Let's be honest you changed your OP after we had read it. It did not say that when I first replied It said "I had to walk" not we had to walk.

Again you are not being honest

BTW I never said anything about being a Christian any where in this thread. So where did I say I was a good Christian let alone a Christian in the thread?

Again you're not being honest

Nothing was done underhandedly or slyly.

Try being a little honest today as it is only the first day of the week.

Have a nice day

Now it is "a blind bend" This just gets better by the post.

I got to get some popcorn before the plot thickens anymore ah wait there is more "an anxious and scary moment".

Funny how none of this came up in the original OP.

Just horsin' with ya mr London

You must admit if this had been me you would be having a field day.

still doesn't negate you let us all believed you slid across on the bonnet. Then later claimed you didn't. And now adding more details not int he OP to make your note leaving more justifiable.

Still haven't explained where I said I was a Christian in the thread?

Being a bit underhanded and sly are we?

For all you know the person parking may have been there for a good reason. Perhaps they were escorting an aged person on their last trip someplace, or aN ill person who could have not made it any other way. Perhaps the unfortunate person was engaged in a desperate search for a lot pet, or lost child who could have recognised the car and safety.

Your criminal overreaction says a lot about your own sense of entitlement and selfish priorities. It's not enough to be healthy, happy and have your children there to share it with you....NOOOO! YOU MUST NOT BE INCONVENIENCED OR DISTURBED AT ALL!

I actually feel sorry for those people around you. They surely suffer from your tortured sense of entitlement and vigilante justice....retribution is an excellent lesson to teach children. It's repulsive that you were willing to do permanent damage to someone's property to spite them over a meaningless transgression. Publicizing such an act online underscores your need for confirmation of your vengeance. It would have been better to write a post where your lower instincts compelled you to do something bad, but instead your higher rational side succeeded in stopping you....and you walked away, because it's NONE OF YOUR FING BUSINESS.

I think this sums it well! Many times in the past I would think revenge but after a moments thought I thought better not -"what lesson am i imparting to my children."

No matter what the OP says now; his intent was to slide across the cars to scratch

THIS is worthy of a star, flag, beer, whatever

In my hometown, you get parking tickets every single day you leave your car blocking the sidewalk and I LOVE IT

Love the note, love the approach, glad you got to be a kid
