the first video reminds me of someone riding a bicycle. if you watch when they start to move it looks as if they hit something and it made them lose their balance and they lean it to the left and put their foot down. also if you was them ride off you see the peddle reflectors going up and down.
it is even more obvious in the third video, watch from the 2:13 mark to the 2:20 mark.
just one more fake video.
ETA: you can even see the rear tire in the first video when he leans to the left.

Was thinking that too. Looks like some small person wearing a bunch of light strips he bought off of amazon.

The case is solved - MUFON PERU: It was a Bugs Bunny helium balloon.
The investigation with images and evidences here:
mufonperu.org...
In my opinion there is just one element missed in their investigation:
The Mufon guys did not make a recreation with a similar balloon in the
same places. They say this was a Bugs Bunny helium balloon and show
pictures and a store where you can buy this balloon in Peru. Then why
they did not make the required recreation under similar conditions?

Total hoax! It's obviously a drone. Seems the cashier or whoever at the gas station was in on it as she was recording with her phone before the alleged ET even came into frame. Bad hoax is bad.

after some more conversation the woman says: I know it was a balloon but it was walking!...and a helium balloon can never be in/on the "piso" /I personally don't understand the reference to piso in this context, might be a local reference to road or ground, but I am guessing.
Correctomundo, good sir. I am half Peruvian and yes Piso means Street. El Suelo means ground/floor. Huevon means.....well...you probably already know. (|)
okay so that side by side definitely looks pretty convincing but i still have a few problems
