Marvel Universe

I wanted to step into the Marvel universe, its a universe im familiar with.. My dad was a vivid reader and a big fan of the franchise.. Or to be honest, he had collections of almost every comic book that came out..
And the frightening part, i read each and everyone for over 10 years numerous times before i went to bed..
Im interested in the classification of the mutants from alpha to omega, and i find a wide variety of categories..

Which one is your favorite and why?

Nightcrawler is my favorite mutant because of the X-Men cartoon I watched when growing up and how he was portrayed. He's super quick, can run on and hang off of walls/ceilings, teleport, he's the complete package. Plus he has 3 fingered-hands. Just all around super cool mutant

The celestials are soooo awesome!

The giant severed head/ city, floating in space in the movie guardians of the galaxy,,, sweet..

They are just so cool...

According to THIS (Link) the clarifications have never really been clearly defined or explained. Probably makes continuity easier to not have them clearly defined.
