NEED HELP!! new member with poor memory and lost bookmarks searching for ....

Hi, I joined this site to see if there is anyone here that can help identify, or point me in the right direction. Sadly my memory isn't what it used to be...

I recall some Australian chap [not 100% sure] that had intercepted ? some NASA space mission data streams and upon having the ingenious idea to replay ? them at higher fps [or some video frame manipulation], discovered a great deal of errrmm "light-globs" ? ... some moving around at incredulous speeds, even some "shooting" up from earth into the open space....

I cant remember where I read about this and followed the links to youtube where I watched him being interviewed along with the footage he "re-mastered".

Does this ring a bell to anyone??
