It's been known for a while they are testing UAV's at that site:

This new imagery is on Google Maps. I'd assume it will be on Google Earth soon if not already. I don't want to boot a PC else I'll be up all night. ;-)

There is something odd in front of the new hangar, not to be confused with the new new hangar. Whatever it is isn't very big, but tall enough to cast a shadow.

It looks like some sort of ground service equipment (GSE).

I suppose we can still call this the "new hangar." Since the new new hangar is obviously intended to serve as a scoot-n-hide shed, we can call that the "new scoot-n-hide."

If no HVAC or what appears to be electrical panels on the new hangar fail to show up on what is now the "new scoot-n-hide, I'm guessing that would would be definitive proof.

Some changes:

The hush house has been done for years. It is visible from Tikaboo.

The new imagery is 2015, but there is a patch of 2013 imagery north west of the base.

The AOF (Area 6 NTS) has a single engine plane. It isn't a PC-12. The wings are too wide.

Lots of parking by that new building.

I wonder if the tanks that were removed date back to the A-12 days. They used the "bug spray" fuel.

The tank removal can probably be dated from panoramas.

Perhaps tanks that had JP-7 in them could not be reused. Or they were no longer required.
Since nothing else uses JP-7 (that we know of...???)

The half meter resolution imagery I looked at a week ago with Google is gone.
Can't seem to locate the notched shape administration building now.
The A12 initially had fuel tank sloshing problems I don't know if they solved that the same way the Russians did with the Foxbat?

What does "No image found on selected filter" mean?

It means that, using the selected filter, there are no images available.

Google Maps are updated. Big new hanger at the end of the runway is in the image.

New hanger, kicking folks off their land all of the sudden after 50+ years, wonder what they are working on?
