Where is Gerald Ford?

Today at the inauguration ex Presidents Clinton, Bush and Carter were featured predominantly, but where was Gerald Ford? Is he having health problems? Or is there a political reason why he was not in attendence?

I think he has medical issues. He's been absent from many functions lately.

I would assume it's because of his advanced age. He's 91 years old (born 7/14/13).

I doubt political differences because like Bush he has always been a Republican, and interestingly enough Donald Rumsfeld was also Ford's Sec. of Defense.

Mr. and Mrs. Ford currently live in California and it might have just been too much for him to get to DC and deal with crowds etc.

Gerald Ford had enough trouble getting around when he wasn't a feeble old fart. He's a piece of s#$@ anyway. Member of the Warren Commission and a Nixon flunky....Get's to become VP just before Nixon resigns so is basically handed the presidency for all the favors he did for Nixon...like hiding the truth of Nixon's involvement in the JFK assassination and probably his involvement in Bobby's as well.....
