Did you even read your source? The first three links aren't even voter fraud, they are election fraud (which the paper is also titled, despite the URL) and they involve incidents of ballot box stuffing before/after the election, not people actually casting fraudulent ballots during the election. They accomplished this through using absentee ballots, which you're not ID'ing in the first place.

The Colorado Secretary of State’s office determined that nearly 5,000 people who were not United States citizens—and therefore according to the law, ineligible to vote—voted in the 2010 U.S. Senate race. And there are plenty of other examples in the modern era including one other recent U.S. Senate race and a gubernatorial election whose outcomes were determined as a direct result of voter fraud.

So please, tell me more about how voter fraud (in all of it's forms) isn't a major issue in the USA.

Well, for one even if your source were accurate, 400 instances over 2 national elections, 200 state elections, and 200 sets of thousands of local elections where hundreds of millions and maybe even over a billion total votes were cast is statistically insignificant.

It isn't insignificant when you have races like Al Franken's, where he won by 315 votes after several recounts had him trailing by as much as 700.

Maybe if one side is benefiting from significantly more voter and election fraud that would be true, but how do you know that both sides aren't cheating and canceling each other out?

Simple process. Any alleged voter fraud is NOT happening at the polls, and photo ID doesn't prevent anything. In order for voter fraud to work, all of the volunteers at the polling stations have to be in on said fraud. You're name is only listed at the place you are required to vote, and is marked out (you can watch them do it) at that time.

Have you ever taken a voter phone poll? Ever notice they ask you how likely you will be voting in the election?

Your thoughts are welcome however in my view it would be much more productive to develop thoughts on how to prevent election fraud by the powers that be that will ensure Clinton becomes president no matter what.

There is no widespread problem with voter fraud in the US. There is just a succession of gleeful GOP lawmakers trying to suppress the vote still further.
